Giving is voluntary. External payment providers complete PayFast and Ozow transactions. Bank-transfer records may require manual verification, and proof of payment does not by itself confirm cleared funds.

A registration or appointment request may remain pending until the ministry confirms it. Capacity, dates and schedules may change, in which case the ministry will use the supplied contact details for operational updates.
